Who we are

Professional Sales Academy is the trading name of Professional Sales Academy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15049684). We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect

• When you enquire: your name, email address, company, team size, the programme you’re interested in, your message, and any answers you give to our “Is your sales team ready?” questions.
• When you sign up to our newsletter: your email address.
• When you or your team take a programme: name, work email, job role, attendance, course progress, coursework, self-assessments and coaching notes. Our online learning runs on Thinkific.

How we use it, and why

• To reply to your enquiry and recommend the right programme (our legitimate interest in responding to you, or taking steps at your request before a contract).
• To deliver programmes, coaching and assessments, and to report progress to the organisation paying for them (to perform our contract).
• To send our newsletter (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link).
• To keep business records and meet our legal obligations.

We never sell your information, and we don’t use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the trusted suppliers who help us run PSA, under contracts that require them to keep it safe. These include our online learning platform (Thinkific), our newsletter provider (Mailchimp), and our website and enquiry forms host (Netlify). Some of these suppliers are based outside the UK. Where that happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: up to 2 years after we last hear from you.
• Programme and learner records: 6 years after the programme ends.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to ask for it to be transferred, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email education@professionalsales.org and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
